The Doubletree by Hilton Charlotte City Center is excited to offer an opportunity to join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor. In this role, you’ll oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences while also supporting efforts to drive profitability for the hotel.
Responsibilities:
Principles and processes for providing customer service, including needs assessment and evaluation of customer satisfaction Advanced knowledge of Point of Sale systems Food and beverage products, preparation, handling, service techniques, and other food and beverage standard operating procedures Health codes, food sanitation, and safety practices Ability to meet quality standards for service and cleanliness Make decisions guided by SOPs Analyze activities and information to arrive at logical conclusions and recommendations Communicate clearly and concisely Adapt to constantly changing situations to ensure quality service to all guests Successfully lead and motivate staff Work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a restaurant supervising position. Upbeat personality.
