Job Posting: Personal Trainer at 15 to Fit Method™ Pilates Job Description 15 to Fit Method™ Pilates has an exciting job opening for a Full-Time Personal Trainer. This position is based in our studio and is not a remote job. Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and conduct one-on-one or group training sessions with clients Design personalized workout plans based on client goals and fitness levels Monitor clients' progress and adjust workout plans as needed Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and overall wellness Create a positive and motivating atmosphere for clients during training sessions Maintain cleanliness and organization in the training area Requirements
Certification as a Personal Trainer from an accredited program Previous experience working as a Personal Trainer Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and nutrition Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals Flexible schedule to accommodate client sessions
