This role is 100% on-site Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Injection Mold Industrialization Engineer to lead the successful industrialization of injection molds—from concept to production. This role plays a critical part in ensuring mold design, validation, and implementation meet performance, safety, environmental, and quality standards. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to drive excellence in mold tooling projects and support ongoing optimization initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Define technical requirements for the production and renovation of injection molds. Evaluate and respond to internal requests for mold quotations, including new builds and modifications. Collaborate with the purchasing team to align supplier proposals using approved tools and methods. Approve and validate mold designs alongside cross-functional project teams, with attention to quality, safety, and environmental considerations. Oversee supplier activities related to new mold builds, ensuring timelines and specifications are met. Manage acceptance processes and testing coordination in partnership with the test team. Direct validation trials, fine-tuning, and final approvals of new molds. Maintain and enhance internal “mold standard” documentation and procedures. Prepare and transfer technical documentation and plans to production and maintenance teams. Assist with the development of preventative maintenance plans and spare parts inventories. Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize tooling processes and reduce risks. Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in injection mold design, development, and qualification. Strong project management skills with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders. Experience working with suppliers and internal engineering teams to drive molding solutions. Proficiency in evaluating and managing tooling for both prototype and production environments. Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%.
