Job Summary: As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and setting CNC milling or turning machinery to produce high-precision components that meet exact specifications. Key Responsibilities: Operate, set up, and program CNC machines to produce precision components according to blueprints and specifications. Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to ensure high-quality output. Conduct inspections of finished parts using precision measuring tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to maintain production flow. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to safety standards. Collaborate with engineers and team members to optimize machining processes. Keep detailed records of production activities and machine performance. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; vocational training or apprenticeship in machining preferred. 2+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with CNC controls (e.g., FANUC, Siemens, or Haas). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Flexibility to work first or second shift, with overtime availability.
