Sales Representative: Wilkinson Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC - Sanford, NC Job Summary: The Automotive Sales Associate/ Product Specialist is responsible for answering questions about the products and services the dealership offers with the purpose of making customers feel welcome and supported through the car-purchasing process. Automotive Sales Associate/ Product Specialist Compensation and Benefits: Flexible Working Hours Health Insurance PTO & Sick Leave 401(K) with company match Compensation: Salary plus commission 4 vehicle brands under one roof Automotive Sales Associate/ Product Specialist Responsibilities: Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership Assist customers in making a purchasing decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers Sales management will train and manage to a self-sufficient sales style, empowering the sales person to make decisions on their own.
