Yard Spotter / Forklift Operator – 2nd Shift (Tues–Sat) Location: Oswego, IL

Pay: $22.50/hour Shift: Tuesday – Friday | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM

Join our team! We’re hiring a Yard Spotter / Forklift Operator to support our Oswego, IL facility on the 2nd shift. This role requires flexibility, as you’ll be expected to perform both yard spotting and forklift duties — this is not a 100% spotter position.

What You’ll Do: Move trailers around the yard using a yard truck/spotter vehicle

Operate stand up forklifts for loading, unloading, and warehouse tasks

Switch between spotter and forklift responsibilities as needed

Perform safety checks and maintain equipment

Coordinate with shipping, receiving, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For: Experience operating forklifts and yard spotter vehicles (or willingness to learn)

Comfortable handling a hybrid role with both spotting and forklift work

Forklift certification preferred or willingness to get certified

Strong communication skills and team player attitude

Dependable and punctual
