What You'll Do: As a Superintendent, youll lead and manage field operations for assigned mechanical construction projects. Youll oversee crews, coordinate materials and equipment, and ensure that each job site is safe, productive, and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: Organize and oversee job site activities. Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures. Evaluate and interpret construction documents and specifications. Generate material takeoffs from project drawings. Manage materials, equipment, and company assets on site. Direct and supervise field crews and subcontractors. Monitor labor allocation, field productivity, and crew efficiency. Coordinate deliveries of equipment and materials. Maintain necessary certifications and mechanical expertise. Provide regular progress updates and attend coordination meetings. Complete and maintain required project documentation. Assist the Project Manager in managing job costs and schedules. Utilize company-issued electronic devices and software systems.

Ideal Qualifications: Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial or industrial mechanical construction. Prior supervisory experience on similar job sites or project scopes. Working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, welding, and mechanical systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents. Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills. Proficiency in material takeoffs and scheduling coordination. Excellent communication and team-building skills. Dependable, safety-conscious, and adaptable to changing conditions. Comfortable using electronic devices and job-related software. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must pass a background check and drug screen.
