Location: Northern Suburbs / Chicagoland Area, IL Compensation: Base salary of $55,000 + uncapped commission (potential earnings up to $150,000). The Opportunity We’re seeking a high-energy, motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive new B2B business while nurturing relationships with existing accounts. Ideal for someone who thrives on closing deals and turning cold prospects into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities · • Generate leads and build a pipeline via cold calling, networking, and referrals. · • Conduct in-person client meetings and product presentations. · • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. · • Collaborate with the internal sales team and Sales Manager on strategic growth plans. · • Track activities and opportunities using CRM tools. · • Stay informed on industry trends, products, and competitors. What We’re Looking For · • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in construction materials, design, or home improvement). · • Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets. · • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills. · • Ability to manage territory independently and travel locally to client sites. · • Experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
