The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • High School diploma or G.E.D.
  • Medical Assistant certificate.
  • Certification in phlebotomy preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year working as a medical assistant, preferably in a behavioral health setting.
  • Must be able to work: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm

We are seeking Medical Assistant to join our team at our Methadone Clinic on Germantown Avenue in Philadelphia, Pa.

This role is full-time, Monday - Friday 7:00a - 3:30p.

Earn $18.77/hr.!

Position Details:

  • Prepare rooms for examination
  • Maintain steady flow of individuals in medical department
  • Prepare electronic charts for providers
  • Assist providers with the examination of individuals
  • Measure vital signs
  • Draw and collect bodily fluids, prepare specimens for laboratory analysis.
  • Respond to medical emergencies
  • Complete EKGs
  • Complete required documentation in a timely manner
