Profile Summary The SVP of Sales works with other members of the executive team to execute the current corporate strategic plan, focusing on expansion to new customer segments and partnerships while strengthening operations. You will also be instrumental in creating future strategic plans with the goal of boosting revenue streams.

Responsibilities

Partner with executive team to execute strategic plan and develop high-impact sales and marketing strategies.

Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the organization’s revenue-generating efforts.

Lead a high-performance sales and marketing function that drives business growth across all customer segments.

Add new, scalable partners strategically to maximize reach and efficiency.

Build and foster creative teams committed to continued innovation.

Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as needed to create sustainable growth.

Monitor marketplace, provide competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics.

Stay well-connected with customers to incorporate market needs into product development.

Collaborate with finance, strategy, customer success, and product management on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models.

Identify and resolve issues across the marketing and sales function.

Participate in contract negotiations.

Knowledge & Experience

10+ years in diversified leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth within the HR technology or benefits administration industry.

Proven track record of growing revenue through sales, marketing, branding, and partnerships.

Proven experience developing and executing business strategy.

Significant general management and P&L experience.

Ability to craft and execute a business strategy.

History of decision-making based on business metrics.

Inspirational leadership style and hands‑on approach.

Compensation Pay Disclosure Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, offering comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long‑term incentives) based on role to reward achievement of annual performance objectives. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon location, experience, education, licensure, or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated accordingly.

Salary Range: $265,600 – $332,000 USD

Voya Retirement Plan – employer‑paid cash balance retirement plan (4%).

Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250/year.
