We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of GTM Operations within the Business Technology organization. This role is responsible for leading portfolio management, planning cycles, QBR readiness, strategic process improvements, and program delivery across GTM functions—Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and BT leaders to ensure initiatives are aligned to strategic goals, deliver measurable outcomes, and support scalable growth.
What You’ll Be Doing Strategic Planning & Leadership
Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles with GTM, Finance, and cross‑functional partners.
Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps with clear owners, timelines, and success metrics.
Develop and maintain capacity planning and prioritization frameworks.
Facilitate executive reviews and QBRs to track and communicate progress.
Build dashboards and reports to provide visibility into portfolio health and business impact.
Act as a strategic advisor to align BT investments with company goals.
Portfolio Management & Governance
Manage intake, prioritization, and tracking of all GTM‑related BT initiatives.
Implement governance models to ensure transparency and accountability.
Partner with BT and business leaders to streamline execution and resolve roadblocks.
Process Optimization & Change Management
Identify and lead end‑to‑end improvements across GTM processes and workflows.
Redesign systems to improve scalability, efficiency, and user experience.
Drive successful adoption through structured change management practices.
Program Execution
Lead execution of large, cross‑functional GTM programs using Agile and hybrid methodologies.
Ensure delivery is on time, within scope, and tied to business outcomes.
Manage and grow a high‑performing team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs).
Foster a culture of ownership, excellence, and execution.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support future growth.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Partner across BT, GTM, EPMO, and Finance to align priorities and execution plans.
Provide mentorship and leadership to build a high‑performing, innovative team culture.
Promote continuous improvement and customer‑centric delivery practices.
What You’ll Bring To The Role
10+ years of experience in GTM Operations, IT, or Strategy & Planning roles, with at least 3–5 years in a management role.
Proven success in leading strategic planning, portfolio management, and enterprise‑level program execution.
Deep understanding of GTM business processes (e.g., lead‑to‑cash, customer success motions, campaign performance).
Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Workday, Anaplan, and related analytics/reporting tools.
Strong business acumen and a data‑driven mindset—able to influence stakeholders with clear insights and trade‑offs.
Experience driving process change in complex, cross‑functional environments.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in matrixed organizations.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent strategic/operational experience preferred.

Salary & Benefits The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between $215,000—$323,000 USD.
Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California (excluding the San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington: $192,000—$288,000 USD.
