Haverhill Pavilion is seeking per diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative treatment environment where you’ll help make a difference in the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges.
As An LPN At Haverhill Pavilion, You Will
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to tailor nursing interventions that meet each patient’s individual needs. Provide nursing care in alignment with the Master Treatment Plan to promote, maintain, or restore physical and mental health. Support patients in their recovery by offering health education to both patients and families. Help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment in partnership with the care team. Monitor and document patient behavior and physiological status accurately and thoroughly. Continuously collect and evaluate patient data to inform care decisions. Administer medications and perform procedures in accordance with nursing policies and facility guidelines. Pay Range
$30 - $35/hour
