San Antonio TX 78238 | Remote AFTER training – MUST be local Payrate:
$18/hr Required Availability:
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM CST | Rotating Saturdays (with potential for permanent Sundays)
Training: First 4 weeks onsite in San Antonio, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST
PHARMACY TECHNICIAN – CALL CENTER | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The
Pharmacy Technician Call Center
role involves supporting members, prescribers, and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of requests. Pharmacy Technicians will be the first point of contact for customer care needs and will work closely with multiple departments, including Pharmacy, Shipping, Customer Care, Finance, Claims Processing, and Eligibility. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
