Reporting to the CEO, the CCO will own Cube Biotech’s global commercial and marketing strategy—turning its scientific strengths into sustainable revenue at scale. He/she will partner closely with the different teams, while structuring a commercial organization that has grown quickly and suddenly over the past few years. Key responsibilities
Deliver growth:
own revenue, pricing, channels, and pipeline, Retain & expand customers:
key-account, renewal, and upsell programs, Strategic alignment : translate strategy into clear GTM OKRs, KPI cadence : dashboards for forecast, funnel, and performance, Scientific impact:
KOL collaborations and thought leadership, Team leadership:
coach, hire, and structure the team, Digital & sustainability : scale e-commerce/demand gen; advance green initiatives, IP support:
Partner with R&D/Legal on protection and launches. Team & scope
Total team:
~20 Scope : global Background & experience required
15+ years in
life science tools/biotech
commercial leadership, Proven track-record scaling
global revenue
(incl. US), building teams, and installing operational rigor (OKRs, KPIs, CRM discipline), Strength across
sales & marketing
growth levers, Scientific credibility with the ability to engage KOLs and translate complex value into outcomes, Collaborative leadership style; comfortable working closely with founders and cross-functional executives, Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences; PhD or MBA a plus, English required; German helpful.
