We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist / Warehouse Technician to join our team at our Plano, TX warehouse.
This is a full-time, on-site position supporting logistics operations, including work with government contractors—U.S. citizenship is required.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time

Responsibilities
Execute shipping and receiving operations with accuracy and efficiency
Receive and document incoming shipments, ensuring proper inspection and verification
Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and documentation
Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of materials
Create shipping invoices, labels, and bills of lading (BOL)
Stack pallets safely for LTL (Less Than Truckload) transport
Enter data into shipping software (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager)
Pick and pack orders with precision and attention to detail
Update tracking databases with shipment and inventory information
Stock and locate equipment in designated warehouse areas
Perform physical inventory counts and assist in resolving discrepancies
Act as a material handler for general warehouse operations
Support inventory management and control processes
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Qualifications
U.S. citizenship required due to government contractor work
3–5 years of warehouse experience, with a strong emphasis on shipping and receiving
Experience with PC hardware and components is a plus
Proficient in UPS Worldwide and FedEx Ship Manager
Skilled in creating shipping documentation (invoices, labels, BOLs)
Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
