Revenue Cycle Process & SOP Specialist Compensation
The pay for this position is $37.02 per hour. Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
Revenue Cycle Process & SOP Specialist Highlights
This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs. The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM EST (flexible schedule). Hybrid work model: 2 days onsite in Louisville, KY 40222 and 3 days remote.
Revenue Cycle Process & SOP Specialist Responsibilities
Create, document, and maintain process flow diagrams in Visio. Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policy manuals in Scribe or Microsoft Word. Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows and identify process improvements. Prepare current and future state documentation to support training and operational consistency. Ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with business goals. Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and implement process efficiencies.
Revenue Cycle Process & SOP Specialist Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue cycle operations (preferably healthcare). Demonstrated ability to create and maintain SOPs and process documentation. Proficiency in Visio, Scribe, and Microsoft Word. Strong communication, follow-through, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High School Diploma or GED required. Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.
Revenue Cycle Process & SOP Specialist Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing swimlane process flows and training documentation. Familiarity with healthcare provider revenue cycle processes. Curiosity, initiative, and commitment to continuous improvement.
