Job Description Description: Russell Landscape is seeking a skilled and experienced
Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader & Driver
to join our
High-End Residential Division . This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing a team of landscape technicians to deliver meticulous, high-quality maintenance services to some of the most beautiful residential and commercial properties in the area. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a crew of 2–5 landscape maintenance team members. Drive and operate company trucks and trailers to transport crew, tools, and materials safely between job sites. Ensure all maintenance activities—mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and seasonal clean-ups—are completed to Russell Landscape’s quality standards. Train, coach, and motivate crew members in best horticultural practices and safety procedures. Monitor job progress, quality, and efficiency, ensuring all work is completed on schedule. Perform vehicle and equipment inspections and maintain compliance with safety and DOT regulations. Communicate clearly with clients, account managers, and team members regarding project details, updates, and special requests. Track and document work performed, materials used, and time on site accurately. Qualifications:
Minimum
5 years of professional landscape maintenance experience , including
2+ years in a leadership role . Valid
driver’s license
with a
clean driving record . Proven ability to
drive trucks and tow trailers
with landscape equipment. Strong horticultural and turf management knowledge, including irrigation systems. Ability to read and interpret site maps, schedules, and work orders. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish)
is a plus. Physical Requirements:
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physically demanding tasks for extended periods. What We Offer:
