The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parts Customer Support Specialist to join our dedicated and dynamic Customer Service team. In this critical role, you will serve as a key point of contact for one of our high-value customers, providing personalized, top-tier support and fostering long-term relationships. You’ll ensure each interaction reflects our commitment to world-class service through proactive communication, order accuracy, and issue resolution. What You’ll Be Doing:
Serve as the primary liaison for an assigned customer, ensuring an exceptional experience through proactive, responsive communication.
Provide daily order confirmations, shipping updates, and manage order-related inquiries.
Resolve discrepancies, returns, or missing documentation while maintaining professionalism and customer trust.
Troubleshoot complex issues with speed and accuracy, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver effective solutions.
Identify trends, recurring issues, or inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of customer support, account management, or related experience, with demonstrated success in a senior or lead-level role.
Proficiency with customer service and CRM platforms (ServiceNow experience preferred).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to handle complex customer situations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
Advanced organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
What Sets You Apart:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
Experience with SAP, freight forwarding, or international shipping documentation.
Demonstrated success in identifying process improvements or efficiency opportunities.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, customer-first approach.
Where and When You’ll Work:
This is an in-person role located at our East Syracuse – Parts Distribution Center office—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
First shift, Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM.
What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:
Salary - $60,400 – $73,300 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
