Key Responsibilities:
Manage order processing from tech pack issuance to final delivery to the warehouse.
Communicate daily with overseas factories to ensure smooth operations.
Establish T&A (Time & Action) and WIP (Work in Progress) for all confirmed orders to guarantee timely delivery.
Collaborate with the design and licensing teams to ensure fabric quality, lab dips, and strike-off approvals are met.
Work closely with technical design for fit assessments and garment construction quality.
Evaluate lab reports and inspection findings for compliance assurance.
Possess knowledge of CPSIA and Prop 65 regulatory requirements.
Experience working with Walmart accounts is advantageous.
