that is reimagining financial infrastructure for emerging markets. The company is developing a

next-generation virtual banking and cryptocurrency wallet , enabling users worldwide to move seamlessly within a modern, unified financial ecosystem.

The team is

small, senior-only, and fast-moving , made up of accomplished engineers and product leaders from top global companies. Led by

proven founders with multiple successful exits , this organization combines the agility of a startup with the resources of a major financial technology firm.

Their mission: rebuild global financial rails for the

three billion people underserved by traditional systems , leveraging stablecoin infrastructure to make cross-border money movement faster, fairer, and more accessible. What You Will Do As a

Technical Lead , you'll play a hands-on leadership role across multiple parts of the company's technology stack. You'll guide architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and help deliver a performant, secure, and reliable financial platform at international scale.

Key responsibilities include: Own and guide architectural decisions across backend, frontend, and mobile systems. Collaborate directly with founders, product, and design teams to define and deliver high-quality software. Set and enforce engineering best practices and code quality standards. Lead the design and implementation of scalable systems handling

real-money transactions , compliance, and integrity challenges. Build a culture of excellence, mentorship, and accountability within the engineering team. Help grow the team by recruiting, coaching, and developing high-performing engineers. Ensure technical execution aligns with product and business priorities. Ideal Background

7-10 years of experience

building and shipping consumer-facing mobile and/or web applications

with meaningful full-stack exposure. Expertise in one or more of the following technologies: Frontend:

React, TypeScript, modern web frameworks Backend:

Python, Go, or Rust Mobile:

Kotlin, Java, or Swift Infrastructure:

PostgreSQL, AWS, modern CI/CD pipelines

Demonstrated experience

leading technical teams , making architectural decisions, and mentoring other engineers. Strong understanding of

systems design, scalability, and reliability

in financial or data-intensive environments. Excellent communicator with the ability to translate between technical and business needs. Thrives in a

high-autonomy, high-velocity

engineering culture. Preferred

Experience building or scaling products for

Latin American or other emerging markets . Background in

fintech, payments, or crypto infrastructure . Strong

systems-thinking approach
