Chipton-Ross is seeking a Senior Principal Program Planning Scheduling Analyst 3 for a contract opportunity in Chandler, AZ.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): o Strong PC skills and proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel and PowerPoint. o Proficient in MS Project 2016. o Experience with resource loading Schedules. o Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) experience and Schedule Management. o Experience with schedule creation in a government contracting proposal environment.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Looking for a Senior Principal Program Planning Scheduling Analyst reporting to the Business Management Scheduling Manager and will perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis for programs and contracts. In this role, the analyst will make recommendations to solve problems, create presentation content and present to various levels of leadership and will interface with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, as well as the Program/Project Manager. Responsibilities: Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives and ensure program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated. Implements scheduling best practices as prescribed by industry to include, but not limited to: o DCMA 14-point. o IPMR DI-MGMT-81861. o Earned Value Management System (EVMS). o Critical Path Analysis. o Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA). o Schedule Performance and Health Metrics and Analysis. o Provides weekly status and reporting. o Conducts Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) audits.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent is required. School must be accredited.
WORK HOURS: Full time 9/80 workweek. 1st shift.
