Office Assistant
who thrives on variety and enjoys being the go-to person who keeps everything (and everyone) on track.
In this role, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero for both our
Finance and Human Resources team
- helping with everything from invoices and reports to onboarding new employees and keeping our records spotless. No two days are exactly the same, which means you'll never be bored!

What You'll Do Finance Support Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including data entry, invoice tracking, and filing. Maintain organized digital and physical financial records. Support month-end reconciliation and reporting as directed by the Finance team. Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and documentation. Human Resources Support
Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files and HR records. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and system setup. Assist in the recruiting process through posting roles, scheduling interviews and candidate communication. Assist with HR compliance tracking and document management. General Administrative Support
Manage incoming mail and filing systems. Schedule meetings, take minutes, and prepare basic correspondence or reports. Support data entry and document scanning for cross-departmental projects. Draft internal communications, memos or announcements. Provide general administrative assistance to leadership as assigned. What You Bring
Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong writing, communication, clerical and organizational skills Initiative and ability to work independently on assigned projects and tasks Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Committed to learning new skills and ability to multi-task Able to remain flexible and adjust to changes in the environment Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally Effective written and verbal communication skills Comfort with technology, databases, and digital filing systems What We Offer
