The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the enterprise-wide initiative to create a data-driven, patient-centric, precision-oncology ecosystem. This role demands a strategic leader with a strong technical background, uniting engineering, data governance, analytics, and AI innovation to ensure the company's mission of ending colorectal cancer is supported by a robust and integrated digital infrastructure. The VP will oversee the design and operation of cloud-native platforms, lead multidisciplinary teams, and be the chief architect of a HIPAA-compliant, AI-ready environment. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in data engineering, data science, or enterprise technology leadership, with a proven track record in architecting secure, compliant, cloud-based data ecosystems, particularly in clinical, health, or life science settings. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong governance mindset, fluent in both technical and non-technical communication, and experienced in agile project management and DevOps. A passion for patient-centric innovation, precision medicine, and social impact is essential.
