What are you going to do?
Manage tasks and help with improved coordination between internal teams and CBUs.
Work jointly with the primary point of person(s) and Solution Architect(s) to ensure completion and attainment of all outstanding items for the CBU and the KAM organization.
Manage and maintain opportunities in CRM and ensure CRM hygiene.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT or related field
3 years of experience in IT sales operations and coordination role
Strong communication and sales operation skills
Experience in communicating with enterprise customers
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of IT products and services, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
