Nationally recognized Cancer Institute now accepting applications for BMT/CT Medical Director. Make your mark on the future of cancer care at the consistently #1 ranked hospital in Minneapolis, MN. Hybrid community-academic (“privademic”) model; world-class, integrative oncology program, caring for 50,000+ cancer patients annually; previously referring out 60+ patients/yr for BMT & Cell Therapy and now opening own BMT/CT program; lead a team of 4-5 transplant/cell therapy physicians (several of our Malignant Hematologists also ready to include BMT/CT in their practices); in-house genomic laboratory + access to cooperative group & early phase industry trials; anticipated split of 50% Administrative, 50% Clinical time. Responsibilities
Lead a team of 4-5 transplant/cell therapy physicians (with potential to include Malignant Hematologists in the practice). Develop and lead the new BMT/CT program, previously referring out 60+ patients/yr for BMT & Cell Therapy. Collaborate within an in-house genomic laboratory and leverage access to cooperative group and early-phase industry trials. Manage an anticipated 50% Administrative and 50% Clinical time split. Drive program growth, quality, and patient outcomes within the cancer institute and affiliated health system. Compensation & Benefits
Highly competitive compensation model: generous evergreen base salary + leadership stipend & add’l bonuses available (anticipated $575-650K Year 1). Comprehensive, executive-level benefits package.
