As a
Member of Technical Staff - Machine Learning , you’ll work alongside a highly technical founding team tackling cutting‑edge challenges in reinforcement learning, simulation, and large‑scale infrastructure. You’ll move fast, think deeply about AI systems, and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the field to deliver production‑grade research and engineering solutions.
What You’ll Do
Design and build realistic RL environments and simulation systems that model complex, real‑world behavior.
Develop scalable infrastructure to support large‑scale AI training and evaluation.
Collaborate closely with researchers and engineers to turn new ideas into production‑ready systems.
Leverage and delegate effectively to fleets of coding agents to accelerate development cycles.
Operate in a fast‑paced, deeply technical environment where ownership and initiative are highly valued.
What We’re Looking For
Strong technical background in AI research, reinforcement learning, infrastructure, or large‑scale distributed systems.
High agency and ability to work autonomously on complex technical challenges.
Deep curiosity and appreciation for AI research and its practical applications.
Experience working in fast‑moving, startup‑style environments.
