We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) with a background in Family Medicine to join our dynamic healthcare team near Argos, IN.   • On-Site Resources :
    • Access to lab and X-ray services on-site, facilitating efficient and effective patient care.
  • Specialty Support :
    • Collaborate with a wide range of specialty practices within the network, including Orthopedics, Rheumatology, ENT, Endocrinology, Dermatology, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Hematology/Oncology, Vascular, OB/GYN, Gastroenterology, Infectious Disease, and Pulmonology.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience :
    • Previous experience in a Family Medicine office setting is highly preferred.
  • Skills :
    • Strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a passion for building strong ties within the community and among the medical staff.
  • Team Collaboration :
    • Ability to work closely with physicians and the healthcare team to provide coordinated, top-quality patient care.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Requirements :
    • Master's Degree : Required
    • Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with Nationally Recognized Certification : Required
  • Certification :
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification : Required (American Heart Association)
