Job Description Preferred Education: • 4-year technical degree

Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills: • 3–5 years of experience in ERP systems support • Knowledge of SAP and MES • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP

IS ERP Analyst supports and maintains software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of data for internal department planning and activities. Performs basic configuration, setup, and updating of application, including table definitions and access control. Enters and ensures validity of data entered into established tables, fields and system databases. Builds and produces reports using query and flexible reporting tools to meet the requirements of business management and staff. Sets up user accesses and trains users on application. Recommends changes in applications development, maintenance and system standards. This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. Roles typically require a university degree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience. Job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline. The job requires the ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience. This job typically requires a degree or equivalent and no experience.

Major Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide technical ERP support to manufacturing and production operations. Acts as a front-line ERP expert that provides troubleshooting, analysis, training, and corrections within the system. Responsible for maintaining and optimizing ERP software to ensure seamless business operations.

Responsibilities and Functions • IDOC (intermediate document) clearing – identify and analyze issues between SAP and MES daily • Coordinate special work activities on the Production floor • Troubleshoot label issues for Production • Manage PO cancellations in MES/SAP • Clear open TRs in Warehouse Activity Monitor (SAP) • Work directly with production operators to create quarantine tickets (QT) as needed • Provide technical ERP system support to Production • Create and correct work orders within the ERP system • Modify work orders as required • Act as subject matter expert within MES and SmartERP systems • Perform technical problem solving • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and documentation • Other duties as assigned
