Maintain CRM accuracy by logging client interactions, service status, and activation timelines to support acquisition tracking and campaign performance. Resolve service-related concerns, clarify product features, and communicate updates on AT&T’s wireless offerings using approved outreach channels. Collaborate with internal teams to align onboarding documentation, provisioning readiness, and resolution benchmarks across wireless service tiers. Monitor territory performance and provide strategic feedback to enhance outreach effectiveness and campaign growth.
