Overview We are seeking reliable and motivated

Production Operators

to join our day shift team. The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing or industrial experience and must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. This position involves performing routine production and packaging duties in compliance with

FDA, GMP, and ISO9000

standards.

Responsibilities Perform routine production functions, including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision. Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with GMP and ISO standards. Conduct in-process quality checks, complete all related documentation, and ensure adherence to product quality requirements. Support mechanical technicians and line leads with troubleshooting, equipment repairs, and preventive maintenance. Assist in product or equipment changeovers as needed. Maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow all safety procedures. Perform and record quality inspections, process tests, and data in SAP and MES systems. Identify and report production or quality issues to the Cell Lead promptly. Cooperate effectively with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions and effective communication. Work overtime as required to support production demands. Follow standard operating procedures and instructions under direct supervision. Requirements Education:

High School Diploma or GED preferred. Experience:

Must have prior manufacturing or industrial experience. Must

read, write, and communicate fluently in English. Must be able to perform basic math calculations and interpret specifications. Must be punctual, reliable, and willing to work flexible or extended hours. Must be a team player and able to rotate into various tasks as needed. Skills & Abilities Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
