Backed by 45+ years of success, Uline offers opportunities to grow your career with stability you can count on. Position Responsibilities Build and maintain rapport by delivering excellent customer service via phone and email in a call center environment.
Own an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts.
Maintain low portfolio aging by conferring with customers to determine reasons for overdue payments.
Meet and maintain department goals while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic call center professionals to minimize aging / bad debt.
Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent
required . Bachelor’s degree
preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Prior call center experience / bookkeeping
a plus.
Bilingual (English / Spanish)
a plus.
