Customer Event Representative Responsibilities: Act as a primary point of contact for Newington Frontier Communications customers at events, offering courteous and efficient customer service and sales support. Address Frontier Communications customer issues at events with empathy and efficiency to ensure satisfaction. Assist Frontier Communications customers at events with their service, offering accurate information and helping them choose products and services. Efficiently and accurately process Frontier Communications customer requests and transactions at events according to Ignited Principles, Inc.'s policies for timely resolution. Accurately record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system to maintain data integrity and contribute to a comprehensive understanding of Frontier Communications customer needs in Newington. Proactively follow up with Frontier Communications customers to ensure their issues are resolved, their needs are met, and they are satisfied with their overall experience, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty. Work with sales, operations, and technical support to ensure smooth customer interactions, solve complex problems, and represent customer needs for the Frontier Communications campaign. Identify Frontier Communications customer experience improvements, gather feedback, and help develop best practices and process improvements.
