Eliot’s Homeless Services Division is seeking a Program Director to join our Community Support Program for Homeless Individuals (CSP‑HI) which provides housing stabilization support to unsheltered adults who are in transition to housing pre‑ and post‑ move in. Our teams deliver evidence‑based services focused on housing navigation and tenancy preservation—helping people secure and maintain safe, stable homes.
The ideal candidate has supervisory experience and working knowledge related to housing navigation and tenancy sustaining supports. Additionally, this individual will maintain positive, productive and collaborative working relationships with partner agencies and community resources.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that clients are treated with dignity and respect
- Provides necessary training and support including direct supervision and onboarding of Team Leads and Housing First Coordinators
- Cultivate and maintain positive, productive and collaborative working relationships with COC’s, Landlords/Real Estate Firms, Municipalities, State/Federal Agencies, MHSA, Subcontractor/Partner Agencies, and internal continuums of care
- Develop, implement, and maintain utilization and quality assurance guidelines, tools, and audit schedules to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Represents Eliot at various community based collaborative forums
Qualifications:
- Requires a Master’s degree in a human services field; social work, psychology, human services, education, or sociology preferred.
- Must have strong engagement, support planning, implementation skills
- At least 1 year prior supervisory experience
- Working knowledge related to housing navigation and tenancy sustaining supports
- Driver’s license and transportation for community work
Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 9am‑5pm
$75,000 - $90,000 USD
