Qualifications

* Board Certification in Pediatrics or Family Medicine * Master of Science degree with completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program required. * Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner required. * Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse required. * Preferred experienced providers but open to considering new graduates * Current BLS certification or obtained prior to providing direct patient care is required. * Experience preferred, not required. * DEA and CDS eligible.

* Pay Range: $51.11-$74.74 (Compensation is determined based on years of experience as an advanced practice provider).
