Job Title
Product Designer, Design Systems
Base Pay Range $140,250.00/yr - $218,500.00/yr

Responsibilities
Lead the creation, maintenance, and evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and adoption across products.
Take ownership of the design process for a product area, from strategy to user flows and interaction design, with a strong focus on reusable components and scalable patterns.
Conduct user research and usability testing to understand internal and external user needs, translating insights into efficient, accessible, and delightful product experiences.
Create high‑fidelity designs and prototypes for AI‑powered solutions that scale across platforms and support complex workflows.
Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, data scientists, and AI researchers to ship high‑quality features efficiently.
Shape product and design strategy, advocating for system‑wide consistency and design best practices.
Mentor and elevate the design craft of the team, fostering growth and maintaining high standards in design thinking, execution, and system adoption.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in software product design.
Proven experience creating, implementing, and scaling design systems across multiple products.
Experience building workflow products for specialized power users in a B2B environment.
Experience designing interfaces for AI products.
Deep expertise in Figma, especially tooling for component libraries, system documentation, and cross‑functional adoption.
Excellent qualitative user research skills.
Strong written communication skills.
Execution mindset with the ability to set and meet deadlines.
Startup experience and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
