MINISTRY SITE DIRECTOR
– Youth For Christ USA Inc.
Position Summary The Ministry Site Director provides spiritual and organizational leadership, fostering a team that embodies YFC’s Cultural Attributes: Christ-centered, enduring humility, relentless trust, courageous faithfulness, joyful camaraderie, and kingdom-inspired diversity. The role implements relational ministry actions to develop authentic Christ-sharing relationships with young people within YFC’s ministry model.
Essential Functions Ministry Team Development (60%)
Recruit, train, and maintain a volunteer ministry leader team per the Knowledge Base.
Create strong connections between local churches and the ministry site.
Provide training materials and ministry site standards for leaders.
Develop healthy 3-Story teams for each ministry site.
Establish necessary support and guidelines to ensure healthy, growing ministry at all sites.
Advocate in the community for young people.
Report progress and ministry updates to YFC.
Relational Ministry Action Development (30%)
Manage, facilitate, and serve in the Relational Ministry Actions (RMAs).
Direct the 3-Story Team at the site to accomplish standards outlined in the RMAs.
Establish and develop programming materials.
Train and evaluate ministry site leaders in implementing curriculum materials.
Spiritual Responsibilities As an associate minister of the Gospel, the director is expected to:
Seek God’s guidance through prayer and meditation for organizational and ministry initiatives.
Participate and lead regular prayer, devotion, and worship times.
Teach and preach from the Holy Bible at staff meetings, conferences, camps, and events.
Model empathy, humility, and care for all people, promoting equity and inclusion in word and practice.
Possess opportunity for commission or licensing as a minister of the Gospel.

Credentials Required & Preferred Education
Bachelor’s Degree.
Three years of ministry experience.
