Integration Architect
Position Purpose Creates and integrates architecture guidelines, standards, and common services to support project integration requirements. Provides expertise on decisions and priorities regarding overall business systems architecture. Plans, coordinates, and develops activities related to the integration of software programs, applications, and third‑party solutions to meet the business requirements of the organization. Provides integrated process consulting that intersects business architecture needs with new or different technologies to enhance current business processes and support overall corporate and business goals.
Responsibilities
Enforces integration‑related standards, guidelines, and principles
Provides subject‑matter expertise regarding integration architecture
Enforces integration architecture standards, working with Business, Application, and Operations counterparts to ensure consistency
Develops and maintains reference architecture documentation that maps data flow between information systems and business applications
Assists in building integration architecture information blueprints and models that illustrate how integration of software programs, applications, and third‑party solutions is to be performed
Leads integration architecture and related discussions for new initiatives
Participates in integration‑related enterprise architecture discussions and aligns to enterprise goals
Collaborates on integration‑related business requirements and performs integration architecture reviews
Understands technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
Education/Experience A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and 4–6 years of related experience. Equivalent experience may be considered if it reflects the knowledge, duties, scope, and skill required for this position.
Technical Skills One or more of the following skills are desired.
Experience with integration/implementation fabrics such as Anypoint
Experience designing integrations using tools like MuleSoft
Experience with API microservices and Python
Experience with integration/implementation of AI
Experience with cloud implementation
Preferable healthcare experience
Soft Skills
Intermediate knowledge in area of specialty
Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to work independently
Demonstrated analytical skills
Demonstrated project management skills
High level of accuracy even under pressure
Excellent judgment and decision‑making skills
Pay Range $100,900.00 - $186,800.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional incentive forms, subject to program eligibility.
