Business Systems & Salesforce Administrator
Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data access across multiple environments.
Configure Salesforce components, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and page layouts.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for business and leadership teams.
Oversee data integrity, deduplication, and scheduled data maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with security, data management, and governance standards.
Salesforce DevOps & Release Management
Own and manage the
Copado pipeline
(or similar DevOps tool) for deployment automation, metadata management, and environment synchronization.
Utilize tools such as
GitHub/Bitbucket ,
Jenkins ,
Azure DevOps ,
PMD/ESLint , and
Selenium/Provar
for integrated DevOps and test automation processes.
Coordinate release planning, sandbox refreshes, and deployment schedules across teams.
Monitor and optimize CI/CD processes for faster, more reliable releases.
Troubleshoot build and deployment failures, ensuring rollback and recovery processes are well-documented.
Partner with development teams to define branching, promotion, and merging strategies.
Maintain environment alignment and manage data seeding processes for testing and UAT.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in enterprise-scale environments.
