What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally
Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, including brokers
Prepare negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrixes
Draft and process all requests for service or client initiation documents
Ensure quality and timeliness of transaction information entered into all databases
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Proficiency in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Fusion, CoStar, REFLEX, or other transaction management technologies
Knowledge of market and demographic research methodologies
Strong communication skills for preparing transaction communication tools and packages
