The Warehouse Manager manages the flow of materials and finished goods through all operational areas of the warehouse, including Shipping, Receiving, Returns, Quality and Inventory Management, ensuring alignment with the production schedules and manufacturing requirements. Direct Reports

Forklift Drivers Shipping & Receiving Coordinators Responsibilities and Deliverables

Manage the flow of materials and finished goods through Shipping, Receiving, Returns, Quality Control, and Inventory Management, ensuring alignment with production schedules. Enforce hazardous material handling procedures and oversee initial and annual training for all relevant personnel. Maintain warehouse operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational, program, and personnel policies and procedures. Plan and implement warehouse layout improvements; inspect equipment and issue work orders for repairs or replacements. Lead, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards. Oversee all activities related to shipment, receipt, pallet wrapping (MTS), forklift operations, and material storage. Collaborate with warehouse leadership to plan daily operations and training initiatives. Promote a safe working environment by conducting safety meetings and coaching employees on safe work habits. Ability to operate warehouse equipment as needed. Conduct plant-wide inventories to identify hazardous waste and ensure proper documentation and storage. Designate secure storage areas for hazardous waste and ensure compliance with 90-day storage limits for large quantity generators. Provide appropriate containers and labels for hazardous waste handling and shipment. Identify and address training needs related to hazardous waste management. Complete and maintain all required Federal and State manifests for hazardous waste removal. Track and retain records of all hazardous and non-hazardous waste manifests. Ensure full compliance with Federal and State regulations governing hazardous waste generators. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA compliance, safety regulations and procedures Qualifications

Education

Must have High School Diploma or GED Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Management or related field - preferred Equivalent progressive work experience in lieu of educational training Demonstrated understanding of carrier policies and procedures Experience

5 years’ of warehouse management experience in a manufacturing environment Experience in safety, regulated production/GMP, planning, logistics, quality, engineering, or other related areas Experience with Lean Manufacturing practices is strongly preferred Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Working Knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA compliance, safety regulations and procedures Strong leadership and team management skills Experience operating material handling equipment Technology/Software

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with an ERP system in a manufacturing environment is a plus Communication

Must have good communication skills (both verbal and written) Must have ability to work well under pressure Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Physical Capabilities
