Overview Epic Rehabilitation and Nursing at White Plains is a 160‑bed skilled nursing & rehabilitation center located in White Plains, NY. The role is available for full‑time or part‑time day shift, with part‑time covering night shift (every other weekend required).

Responsibilities
Provide daily support to unit leadership and respond to resident/family needs within LPN scope of practice.
Use nursing process and judgment to set priorities and deliver quality direct resident care.
Perform and administer standard nursing treatments and medications, observing residents for desired or unwanted effects.
Communicate and collaborate with care team members to revise/update the Nursing Care Plan and report lab/test results, incidents, and concerns.
Monitor and document vitals, treatments administered, and residents’ responses.
Prepare, organize, oversee, monitor, and evaluate delivery of care for CNA assignments and activities, considering needs and personnel competency.
Qualifications
Graduate of an approved nursing school.
Licensed and registered in good standing in New York as an LPN.
Dedicated to providing clinically sound, compassionate care.
Cooperative, caring, and enthusiastic, able to create an atmosphere conducive to rehabilitation.
Genuinely interested in helping ill, injured, disabled, elderly, or emotionally upset residents.
Excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills.
Work well under pressure and with all staff.
COVID‑19 vaccinations encouraged (not mandated).
