Job Description
Lead the technical design and architecture of SAP S/4HANA solutions for brownfield migration.
Oversee the migration of SAP ECC and associated components to S/4HANA with RISE using tools such as SUM DMO and Conversion Cockpit.
Collaborate with functional teams, BW/Reporting, BASIS, infrastructure, security and development teams to define scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures.
Oversee remediation of custom enhancements, Fiori apps, APIs, and interfaces (including PI/PO, CPI, and IDocs) for migration from ECC to S/4HANA.
Guide migration strategy, system sizing, and performance optimization activities.
Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in project planning, timeline estimation, and risk identification.
Review and approve implementation partner work products and deliverables.
Participate in planning and reviews with the implementation partner.
Participate in planning and reviews with SAP related to the design and implementation of RISE with SAP.
Participate in Architecture Review Board governance activities including production and evaluation of Architecture Decision Records.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience with SAP technologies; 4+ years in S/4HANA projects.
Proven experience as SAP Technical Architect on at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation.
Deep understanding of SAP NetWeaver, ABAP programming, SAP HANA DB architecture, and SAP Fiori/UI.
Hands‑on experience with S/4HANA migration methodologies and tools.
Proficient in SAP integration technologies (e.g., PI/PO, CPI, RFC, BAPIs, REST, SOAP).
Strong knowledge of SAP landscape architecture, sizing, high availability, and disaster recovery.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
