About the Role

This is a senior-level Partner opportunity for an experienced executive search professional ready to take ownership of retained search mandates, lead strategic client engagements, and drive new business within a defined industry vertical. You’ll operate with autonomy, collaborate with global colleagues, and gain access to a strong delivery platform, all within a values-based, entrepreneurial culture. A clear and achievable path to Equity Partnership is available. Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow a book of business through your own network, company tools, and a generous business development budget Collaborate regularly with global colleagues to unlock cross-border opportunities and deliver integrated solutions to multinational clients Lead and manage senior-level retained searches from pitch through placement Serve as a market-facing advisor and brand ambassador within your specialty Build lasting relationships with existing clients and introduce additional service offerings Deliver talent and leadership solutions that extend beyond executive search, including advisory consulting and succession planning Leverage the firm’s technology, research, and operations to maximize client results and efficiency Key Qualifications

5 to 10+ years of experience in retained executive search, ideally with a track record in professional services or agency environments Meaningful international experience—whether living or working abroad, or advising global clients and collaborating across regions A strong industry specialization with deep market knowledge and executive-level relationships Proven history of generating $350,000 to $750,000 or more in annual revenues Existing network of decision-makers and a client-centric, consultative approach A collaborative mindset and a desire to work in a high-integrity, team-oriented culture Technologically proficient and open to leveraging tools that enhance productivity and delivery Compensation and Support
