Job Description As a Graduate Electrical Engineer based in our Santa Rosa, CA office, you will deliver electrical projects under local government and U.S. Federal Sector contracts, focusing on power transmission & distribution, solar PV, battery storage, telecommunications, water/wastewater, and buildings/facilities.
You will design, develop, test, or supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for commercial, industrial, military, or scientific use.
Hybrid Work Model Our hybrid model combines in‑office collaboration and flexibility. Join us in the office three days a week while enjoying remote work options.
Responsibilities
Assist in Knowledge Management System operations by providing support and advice.
Support the drafting of engineering standards and specifications under senior guidance.
Lead product development and engineering activities, using established systems to analyze customer needs and deliver products.
Execute project management tasks within an established plan to achieve specific goals.
Develop personal capabilities through assessment, development planning, training, and coaching; pursue relevant professional accreditation.
Contribute to engineering solution design, including feasibility testing and validation support.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an ABET‑accredited school in Electrical Engineering or a similar discipline.
Experience
0-2 years of experience.
Undergraduate or graduate engineering program.
Understanding of Engineering fundamentals.
Experience conducting community engagement activities.
Proficiency in GIS for transportation planning.
Proficiency with transportation analysis or simulation software (Synchro/SimTraffic, Vissim, Vistro, HCS, Sidra).
Proficiency in travel demand modeling software (TransCAD, Cube, Visum) is a plus.
Salary Range $70,500–$80,500 based on experience.
