Role Description We are seeking a driven

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

with

2+ years

of SaaS or cybersecurity sales experience to join our high-growth team. In this role, you will be the frontline of our GTM motion, responsible for creating qualified pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying target accounts. As the first point of contact for many prospects, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their perception of our company and directly impact our revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Prospect and generate qualified leads through multi-channel outbound activities including email, calls, LinkedIn outreach, social selling and events.

Leverage outbound automation platforms to execute and iterate on outreach campaigns.

Research and map target accounts, identifying key stakeholders and developing tailored account-based engagement strategies.

Lead structured discovery calls to uncover prospect needs, challenges, and decision-making processes, ensuring high-quality handoffs to AEs.

Confidently handle objections across channels and position our cybersecurity solutions with credibility and value.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to refine messaging, campaigns, and prospecting strategies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, opportunities, and pipeline in HubSpot.

Contribute to building and evolving the SDR playbook by documenting repeatable processes and sharing best practices.

Stay ahead of industry trends, especially in cybersecurity and AI-enabled sales tools, to optimize prospecting and engagement.

Qualifications

2+ years of SDR, or BDR

ideally within SaaS or cybersecurity.

Proven success in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.

Hands-on experience with prospecting, CRM, and outbound engagement tools

Familiarity with AI-enabled prospecting and sales enablement tools to enhance personalization and productivity.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow in a high-performance sales environment.
