Overview
As the Client Sales Manager North Americas, you will be part of the North America Institutional Cash & Trade Finance (ICT) team which is responsible for delivering Deutsche Bank’s market-leading cash management and trade finance services to Financial Institutions located in North America. As part of the ICT team, you will play a crucial role in managing a defined portfolio of clients, identifying prospective clients and opportunities to grow revenues generated from designated portfolio / region. In addition to managing day-to-day client needs, you will also support with certain Know-Your-Client (KYC) and credit deliverables for the assigned client portfolio. What We Offer You

Manage a portfolio of ICT clients including existing cash management & trade finance revenue streams and grow current wallet share Identify key prospects and promote Deutsche Bank’s cash management (EUR, USD, Multicurrency, Foreign Exchange) and trade finance solutions (Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Trade Loans) to improve market penetration, increase market share and achieve steep revenue targets Assist in formulating and implementing business strategies for overall region to meet sales targets and drive innovation by working closely with Payments / Trade Client Solutions teams Build senior relationships across the client base, and use industry knowledge of correspondent banking (payments, liquidity & trade finance) to enhance Deutsche Bank’s profile across North America Complete required KYC/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reviews in a timely manner by working with KYC Operations to also identify and escalate potential non-financial risk to Deutsche Bank Liaise with other Deutsche Bank departments such as Corporate Finance, Global Markets, Anti-financial Crime, and Credit Risk Management as appropriate to facilitate cross selling and risk mitigation How You’ll Lead
Succinctly communicate with head of departments within the organization Experienced in engaging with diverse levels of management Entrepreneurial, with an innovative and inquisitive mind-set Skills You’ll Need
Bachelor’s Degree required Extensive experience in correspondent banking and covering (relationship management, sales) Financial Institutions Strong knowledge of cash and liquidity management solutions as well as trade finance & credit Willingness to own key components of credit and AML as part of managing client risk Skills That Will Help You Excel
