Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and nonprofit accounting standards Lead month-end and year-end close processes, reconciliations, and audits Manage grant and restricted fund accounting and reporting Supervise and mentor accounting staff while identifying process improvement opportunities Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required Minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities Proficiency in PeopleSoft or similar ERP accounting software
