The ideal candidates will have the following qualities: High integrity Five years to seven years of public accounting experience Ability to establish great working relationships with clients and colleagues Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and work under tight deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels CPA License Responsibilities
Tax Compliance: Managing a variety of tax returns, including corporate, partnership, estate, gift, individual, not-for-profit, and employee benefit tax returns Client Interaction: Understanding your clients’ business, tax needs, and be able to address questions Research & Analysis: Researching tax issues to serve client needs Consulting: Assisting with dynamic tax projects Continuing Education: Engage in ongoing professional development through firm provided CPE courses to improve technical knowledge and skills We offer
