What You’ll Do
This is a fast-paced,
customer-facing
role with direct impact on our business outcomes. You will manage the full lifecycle of customer orders, coordinating with production, logistics, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. You\'ll play a key role in ensuring our operational execution runs smoothly and customers stay informed every step of the way.
Where you’ll work
This role will be based in our Houston offices. You must be willing to work in the office full-time, outside of our bi-weekly WFH Fridays.
Responsibilities
Order Management: Process and track purchase orders from initiation to delivery.
Order Management: Monitor and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Order Management: Coordinate with vendors to resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.
Order Management: Consistently inform customers with timeline updates.
Supplier Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers.
Supplier Coordination: Evaluate supplier performance and address any performance issues timely.
Logistics And Distribution: Coordinate shipping and delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.
Logistics And Distribution: Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
Logistics And Distribution: Track and report on delivery performance and address any delays or issues.
Data Management And Reporting: Maintain and update supply chain databases and documentation.
Data Management And Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports on inventory levels, order status, and supplier performance.
Data Management And Reporting: Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain operations.
Process Improvement: Coordinate regularly with international team in Asia to ensure SOPs are followed and production deadlines are met.
Process Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or sales operations—preferably in a manufacturing environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, HubSpot, Monday.com, Shipwell)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional and customer interactions
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
Bonus points
Bilingual in Mandarin/Chinese
Experience working in high-growth or startup environments
