Investigate claims to make timely and accurate Long Term Disability benefit determinations
Obtain information from claimants, employers, and medical providers
Analyze medical and financial information to determine eligibility for benefits
Provide exceptional customer service through professional communication skills
Help create a positive and inclusive team environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 2+ years of claim experience
High School Diploma or GED is required
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain high quality and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to navigate multiple systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in the insurance industry or related field
Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities
Ability to adapt to new ideas and situations
Previous experience in customer service roles
Familiarity with vocational, medical, and financial claim management
